Integrity
We do what we say we are going to do when we say we are going to do it.
Palmetto Construction has the ability to cut trees, grind debris, mulch underbrush or completely remove vegetative material. We sometimes mulch or grind the underbrush at a site to enable a client to see the lay of the land and assist in final design preparation.
We have the tools to move dirt! We work with our clients to balance a site to minimize import or export of soil, but when that is not possible, we network with a variety of truckers to assist with getting soil where it needs to be.
Stormwater control is important on any site – no matter how big or small. Paying attention to details is usually the difference between regulatory compliance or having upset neighbors! We strive to keep our construction sites clean, orderly and verify stormwater runoff is controlled before it leaves the site.
Although we don’t have in-house staff to complete every conceivable need for site work, we do network with a variety of subcontractors that provide a wide range of services such as asphalt and concrete paving, utilities, landscaping, irrigation, retaining walls, septic systems, and rock removal.
